Our 5 year Value Mortgage rate has dropped today to an amazing 4.09% effective immediately.
 
What is a Value Mortgage you ask, well this rate won't be for everyone but it is perfect for first time home buyers or people who don't use some of the other features in a normal mortgage.
 
So What has been removed from a traditional mortgage to make this rate so low?
 
Prepayment Privilege: 10% increase in payment (i.e. incremental fixed amount can be added to ongoing principal and interest payments). Lump sum payments are not available
 
Early Payout: Unless there is a bona fide sale of the subject property, the mortgage is closed for full re-payment for the full five years.
