For the third day in a row now we have some rate decreases to announce.

Our Five year fixed rate has dropped down to 4.09%, at the beginning of the week it was at 4.25%, this rate won't stick around long so take advantage soon incase it goes up.

We also have a great new product to announce. We have been offering a very attractive product with a great rate known as the 50/50 mortgage, this product offers a rate that is half fixed and half variable and up until now has only been available at a term of 5 years. Effective immediately we now have a 3yr 50/50 mortgage with an amazingly low rate currently at 2.80%, half is always fixed at 3.49% and the other half floats at Prime -0.70%.
